White Cross Pharmacy offers extensive pharmacy consulting services to help manage your facility.
Once your pharmaceutical system is in place, our team will help you maintain and improve it. Your facility has many working parts, ranging from business to medical. Medication Therapy Management (MTM)

Our pharmacist provide medication therapy management services to all eligible clients. The goal of our pharmacists providing MTM’s is to make sure that the medication is right for the patient and his or her health conditions and that the best possible outcomes from treatment are achieved.

The patient-centered MTM model promotes collaboration between the pharmacist, patient, and physician to optimize safe and effective medication use. Providing quality services to patients while enhancing therapeutic is our primary goal.
